Job Responsibilities:

  • Self-prospect while managing company-provided inbound leads
  • Manage expectations and qualify partners for sales follow-up
  • Communicate technology solutions and align solutions to the client’s needs
  • Interact with key decision-makers to promote technology solutions
  • Understand organizational goals and execute according to prescribed processes
  • Lead interactive demos of our technology with prospective customers
  • Achieving established activity and performance goals on a daily/weekly basis
  • Represent and be the face of our organization

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • SAAS or technology Sales is a plus
  • Intuitive and curious, ability to problem solve
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Competitive spirit
  • Results-oriented individual

 

Qualifications:

  • Inside sales experience in a metrics-driven environment
  • Experience with CRM, business email, and sales processes
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills

 

Position Details and Benefits:

  • Full-time Schedule Monday – Friday from 9 to 5
  • Must be able to commute to our McKinney offices daily (no remote)
  • Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(k)

 

Compensation:

  • Base annual salary + commission (DOE)
  • Advancement opportunities are based on sales performance
